🌱 A Call to Reflect: What Is the Goal That Comes from Within?

In a world full of noise, competition, and confusion — we often chase goals defined by others.

But what if the real goal isn’t something to achieve, but something to align with?

What if purpose is not what you pursue — but what keeps pursuing you?

Through my journey, I’ve learned that some goals aren’t targets. They are drivers — invisible threads that keep pulling us toward something deeper:

  • A cause we keep returning to

  • A community we keep building

  • A question we keep living

  • A SEVA that keeps showing up

These inner goals don’t demand clarity to begin with — they create clarity as we walk.

And in that clarity, we find:

✅ Energy to keep going even when we fail

✅ Strength to make decisions rooted in values

✅ Courage to detach from ownership and ego

✅ Peace in giving, not just getting

🧭 What Keeps You Going?

Not what are you doing — but what is the thread behind it? What do you keep showing up for, again and again, even when no one is watching?

That might just be your real goal — the one growing from the inside.

🔍 A Question for You

Can clarity of purpose lead to better decision making? Can searching for your “inner goal” help you find your direction?

Pause. Reflect. Journal. Let this be your SEVA today.

My personal journey - what keeps me going?

A few days ago, during a conversation, someone asked me: “What keeps you going — even when it’s hard?”

It was a simple question, but it made me pause. I realised: I hadn’t really put it into words. But I had been answering it all along — through my SEVAs.

I didn’t wake up one day to “solve education reform.” But over the years, I kept finding myself in the same space:

📍 Working with youth and capacity building

📍 Supporting teacher training and innovation ecosystems

📍 Bringing mindset-based training like Empretec into mainstream

📍 Guiding institutions without waiting for recognition or reward

Even when things didn’t go as planned, I didn’t feel like stopping.

Even after failures, I found the energy to do more — and give more.

That, to me, is perhaps a sign of something deeper than motivation.

That is perhaps clarity of purpose.

🧭 Your Inner Goal is Not a Target — It’s a Driver

I’ve lost money on ventures.

Taken risks that didn’t pay off.

Detached from things I once wanted to own — like patents, machines, even recognition.

But each time I stepped back, I found space to move forward.

The more I gave, the happier I became.

The less I owned, the more I built.

The more I detached, the more I could connect ecosystems.

That is not productivity. That is alignment.

🌍 Today, I see a world struggling.

From Israel–Iran tensions, To terrorism, To superpower policies shaped by fear or dominance

We are fighting over land, resources, control. But perhaps, what we really lack is clarity of goal.

Not just at a personal level — but at the level of institutions and nations.

If we are not clear on what we truly stand for, how can we decide where we are going?
