For more than 20 years, Karis Sadie, Clinical Resourcing Manager, Catalyst Flex, has dedicated herself to clinical research. An oncology nurse at heart and training, Karis began her research career as a study coordinator. She then spent 15 years as a clinical research associate (CRA), with five of those years as a consultant.
