Fifteen arts and culture and arts-centered organizations that help enrich communities in Chicago will receive 2025 Culture, Equity, and the Arts awards, totaling $3.2 million over three years.
Titled in Potawatomi language and in English, “Nwi Yathmomen, We will tell our story.” is an intervention informed and led by Native leaders in MacArthur’s headquarters that shows the continued presence, resilience, and vibrancy of Native peoples.

Starting in 2025, Elevated Chicago will receive $1.5 million over three years to serve as a technical advisor and regranting partner for local community initiatives.
