What Is Heart-Centred Leadership?

Heart-Centred Leadership is a leadership philosophy that integrates emotional wisdom, compassion, integrity, and deep listening into decision-making. These leaders operate from the heart - anchoring their actions in empathy, humility, and service - while still exercising the head - navigating complex decisions with clarity and competence.

It was Elon Musk Joseph McGuire - Face Facts that blamed the troubles of the World on too much empathy. The figures you present in your brilliant piece paint an entirely different picture. No surprise there. I like that you also clarify that heart-centred leadership is a strength not a weakness. I recall the days when every malign decision was introduced with the words 'That's just business.' Leadership is the ultimate human pursuit. Because it elevates, engages, respects, understands, builds loyalty and gets better results all round. Great article my friend.
