As Chief Operating Officer (COO), I oversee our daily operations to ensure we deliver seamless, end-to-end service, empowering our team to achieve consistent, high-impact results for you.
We’re investing heavily in cutting-edge technologies, with observability and telemetry first outcomes leveraging the benefits of AI Ops, and automation, while expanding our Managed Services portfolio and in-house Tech Lab to keep you ahead of the curve. Our Cisco expertise has earned us dual Gold Partner status (Integrator and Provider) over the past 18 months, and we are very proud to be the first company in the North of England to achieve this. Coupled with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and Carbon Neutral certifications, we hope that these externally audited achievements reflect our commitment to security, sustainability, and technical excellence. We currently have a further four ISO accreditations on our roadmap, which we will update on over the coming period.
