CTI Supports AV Systems We Didn’t Build
The vans are nice, but the carefully-trained, certified technician ready to solve your AV challenges inside? Priceless.

CTI Supports AV Systems We Didn’t Build

We hear stories about AV integrators vanishing after ‘completing’ an installation. Call us clingy, but at CTI , the relationship doesn’t end when your system is installed and commissioned.

We include a year of service, what we call CTI Complete, with every integration we build. You have a partner you can call, and access to the team that designed and built it. You can extend the coverage and create your own custom long-term service plan.

CTI also supports audiovisual systems that we didn’t build.

Whether we built it, or we’re taking over a system built by another AV company, you get the full CTI Complete experience:

  • Direct access to our support team
  • Service coordination without delays
  • Phone and email support from real people
  • Troubleshooting and remote guidance
  • Active Monitoring
  • System adjustments or minor fixes after installation
  • Fast scheduling for on-site service if needed
  • Peace of mind

Do people really switch service providers?

I love hearing that a client brought CTI on board because they’ve found our service and support are better than our competitors. We’ve invested heavily in our people, and not just technical training. How they treat you and conduct themselves on the site is critical, too!

Sometimes, a company decides that bringing in a dedicated team of experienced AV professionals will ease the burden on its IT staff. One reason we bundle CTI Complete with every build is so you have us on call to make sure it works. Ideally, in the rare event that there is a problem, our goal is for our onsite monitoring tools find it before it can impact you and your team.

Aren’t you just trying to sell us a new system?

I’d love to sell you a new system. But what we really want at CTI is to build a long-term relationship with you. We have clients who have stayed with us for decades. Those relationships wouldn’t have lasted if we were constantly pushing to replace systems that served their needs. It’s also why you can hire us for one time to fix a problem you’re dealing with.

Can you support our system that you didn't install?

We have one of the most experienced teams in the AV industry. It's rare to find hardware or software that we don't have hands-on experience with. And we have a proven process for onboarding your system.

It starts with a conversation, what we call an onboarding review. We need to understand your setup and equipment, along with your needs and priorities. Ideally, we’ll have access to any drawings or documentation, but, honestly, we’ll want to make a site visit to assess your system, document the key components, and inspect the installation. It’s not unusual to find systems that have been updated or modified over time.

We can begin support as soon as the initial evaluation is completed.

Whatever your need is, we’re here to serve it.

“Provide a Fantastic Customer Experience.” That’s our mission here at CTI. We make that happen by being Fair, Fast, and Flexible. We build our reputation one project at a time; that’s how the company has grown since its founding in 1988. I’d love for you to find out just how good we are; reach out to us today.

Far too often a servicer "inherits" a legacy system from another integrator, with little insight into that customer's system design. Accurate, onsite assessments of room equipment and the functional parameters of that room (including limitations) can provide some guidance, but nothing beats a set of as-builts - which you most often will NOT get, when inheriting.

… and the fact that CTI is not only installing, but fostering adoption of the systems by being available, checking-in, and the like is a great mindset.
