• The most active sectors for financings in February included Risk & Compliance, Network & Infrastructure Security, and Application Security

M&A Update

• 20 M&A Deals were announced with total disclosed deal volume of $4.9B across 4 disclosed or estimated deals

• Key deals included Turn/River’s acquisition of Solarwinds for $4.4B, Drata’s acquisition of Safebase for an estimated $250M, and CyberArk’s acquisition of Zilla Security for $165M

• The most active sectors for M&A in February included Risk and Compliance, Data Security, and SecOps / IR
