D365 F&SCM Immersive Home Overview

One of the key feedbacks from customers working with Dynamics 365 F&SCM has been to make the end user experience more intutive and easy to navigate.

Immersive home overview - is the feature that helps answer this question the most.

As a end user I would like my IT application to given me key information in one go and reduce the need for me to navigate through different forms. This induced with the help of modern AI based summarization and descision making guide is the summary of what Immersive Home on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain management is all about. Greeting and summary

A short and sweet welcome message and summary of how my day looks like based on the actions I have to take and the information that I need to work on Dynamics 365.

Suggestions area

Suggestions will help the end users with an action and guides through the steps to lead to a beneficial automation or insight to help with the day to day tasks of the end user

Work items area

Over the period of last 3 years there has been significant improvements in the way approval workflows are designed, used and viewed on Dynamics 365 and it is all culminating towards the activity cards and infusion of AI summaries to help understand complex approvals in large organizations easy.

The most important thing as an end user to be able to action on the approval workflows easily by approving or rejecting them as I find the information.

Agent activity area

Based on the AI Agents enabled within the Dynamics 365 solution, this area presents agents with its key activity metrics such as number of cases processed, emails sent or estimated time saved.

Workspaces area

Automation of the existing favorite feature on Dynamics 365😉. Two key things to highlight here - one based on the most frequently used workspaced an automatic ranking is move the most used workspaces to be available on top and two the tiles on the workspaces can be pinned to the immersive home page.

This is a massive leap in the work of Dynamics 365 F&SCM user experience as well as AI driven ERP solution adoption.
