3wBut, but, but .... This is how I was thinking as I read the article, then I re-read it, just like active listening, and got the gist it. The questions are similar to pre-click to click transition, but with more context aware now. This transition and transformation will be difficult for many companies and people as most of us are still looking at AI as tech tool, which is ok, then apply it to our real world problems to get ahead of our competition. It should also raise the question of AI solutions being applied more at emotional and personalized connect level, but not be biased and maintaining privacy.
