Did you enjoy the bank holiday weekend?

Some business owners managed to switch off.

Others couldn’t.

Not because they didn’t want to. But because their mind was racing:

  • “Where are the next few clients coming from?”
  • “Why does it still feel like I’m guessing?”
  • “Is this ever going to feel more predictable?”

What I normally see:

Your skill built your business.

But your skill alone won’t keep new clients coming in.

You need a system for that.

One that attracts the right people, filters out the time-wasters, and follows up with the ones who aren’t quite ready.

All without you having to chase or hope.

Ask yourself this:

  1. Are you bringing in new leads predictably each week?
  2. Is your process qualifying people before they hit your calendar?
  3. Are you following up properly or just forgetting about anyone who said “not now”?

If you answered no to any of those then that’s where things are leaking.
