Don't Rehearse. Prepare Instead.

Today you can go online and find hundreds of potential questions pertaining to interview preparation. Unfortunately, they are the wrong kind of questions. Since an interview is really an inner – view of you, the surest approach to preparing, is to collect the evidence on your strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, and capabilities.

We can study and rehearse generic questions all day long. However, in doing so, we run the risk of having an ordinary, average and powerless interview. Remember, knowledge is always power and confidence doesn't come from having all the answers it comes from being prepared for all the questions.
