e-Learning Developer

With a view to the need to develop new eLearning courses under the EU Commission initiative Better Training for Safer Food (BTSF), NSF Euro Consultants and its subsidiary EC BUL Ltd. is looking for an eLearning Developer for an EU eLearning solution, targeting staff of competent authorities in EU Member States and non-EU countries in charge of official controls (safety of food and feed, animal health and welfare, plant health).

The eLearning Developer will work closely with a team of eLearning Designer(s), Subject Matter Experts (SME), pedagogical expert and designated EU Commission topic experts to create the eLearning solution.

Key responsibilities:

• Review the storyboard and identify any elements that may need to be changed
• Transfer storyboard into eLearning using authoring tools
• Integrating the media and customized development into learning content
• Ensure the course is visually appealing, interactive, engaging and delivered effectively
• Ensure the developed eLearning solution is fully fit for the stated specific purpose

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• 3 years of recent relevant experience, incl. the technical lead of min 1 eLearning course
• Expertise in testing courses for SCORM/AICC compatibility
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or other authoring tools - an advantage
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.) - an advantage
• Fluent English
• High consciousness of deadlines, autonomous, reliable, team player by nature
