Rezolv Energy's 461MW wind farm in Romania receives financing

Rezolv Energy announced that additional project finance facilities have been secured for the Vifor wind farm in Romania. According to the developer, over US$380m have been granted. Lenders include Erste Group, UniCredit, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and others.

Black & Veatch concludes FEED of green hydrogen project in the UK

Black & Veatch has completed front-end engineering design (FEED) works for a green hydrogen project in the UK. Named Whitelee, the facility is proposed by Scottish Power. The FEED contract was awarded to Black & Veatch in October 2024. The firm analysed the integration of a PEM electrolyser package and the design of the balance of plant (BoP) surrounding the system.

SMJ Energy joins Petronas' third FLNG project

SMJ Energy is acquiring a 25% equity stake in PETRONAS' third floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) project. The decision has been made official by a heads of agreement (HoA) signed by the two companies. Definitive agreements are still pending to formally implement the acquisition.
