Very few of us have the luxury of time to do these things every day for over 2 months. However, the principles can be dialled down into something more manageable. Here are some ways to do this:

🥦 Nutrition Discipline: Focus on improving your nutrition habits. Prep healthy meals, stay hydrated, and cut down on workplace snacks. A well-nourished body fuels productivity and mental clarity.
