It’s no surprise that our energy can dip as we move from the darker, colder months into the sunnier days of spring.

The change in seasons is the perfect time to fine-tune your wellness habits and focus on sustainable, small changes that support both mental and physical health.

Here’s a simple strategy to get started:

  • Morning rituals: Try swapping your snooze button habit for a five-minute stretch or a brief mindfulness practice. It’ll help you set a positive tone for the day.
  • Micro breaks: At work, instead of powering through long stretches without a break, take a short pause every 90 minutes to walk or simply relax your mind. Studies show that this enhances focus and reduces burnout.
  • Hydration boost: As we move into warmer weather, don’t forget the power of staying hydrated. Add an extra glass of water to your routine and try infusing it with citrus or mint for a refreshing ‘zesty’ kick.
