Anyone wanting to gain assurance of the success of their GIS capabilities would do well to consider each of these focus areas to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their GIS operations.
This is a fourth article where I use quotes by famous leaders, scholars, and authors on these topics it will make understanding some of these concepts more interesting and more accessible to my GIS industry peers.
