Faculty of Frustration

How often do you feel frustrated?

Do you feel helpless when it comes to handling relationships?

Have you ever felt much ill at ease when it came to playing a team leader?

How often have you felt frustrated knowing that you are in a rut and never have the time to do the things you dearly want to do?

I guess frustration and Joy are like yin yang of today’s time

In short, are you often frustrated with the endless roadblocks between your in reality life now and a better version of your life?

I am perhaps talking about most of us teeming millions, bundled up in a monotony that seems unbreakable and therefore entirely frustrating.

But frustrations need not be a bad thing always. In fact, let us take some time to unravel the mysteries hidden in this aggravating condition.

It’s not so bad after all: Frustration, don’t we all, without doubt, know this irritating feeling.

Gets you out of your comfort zone:

And that is not bad. Headed straight for a knotty situation we all, time and again, have to keep challenging this situation. Sometimes we are successful, many times we are not. But what did we learn. A rough setting can push you out of your comfort zone and makes you think ‘out of box’ or “create a new box”

A smack on your chin:

If your frustration has something to do with your personality, then treat this feeling like a wake-up call. For eg: Feeling underwhelmed by a bully boss? Well you know what to do. Stand up for yourself. But if you inability to do so leaves you anxious, and then it’s time for you to change. Take your feeling of frustration as a hint and change till this feeling vanishes. Remember, you will not change until you feel frustrated. This feeling is about you and not about any other person. Stop blaming and start taking charge of your life.

Change is the key:

An aggravating situation will surface again and again until you get the hint and change. Well yes, changing yourself is not easy. It is next to impossible! So if you don’t wish to have the recurring premise to appear in your life, you change, later and modify. And that too always for the better…

Accepting and understanding frustration:

Look at it like this. Getting frustrated is a part of your evolution. It can push you forward, help you grow as a person if you allow. Frustrations can help you understand the deeper meaning, reaching to the very core that is giving this negative reaction. Once you understand and accept this feeling, you are a new you. This is very powerful indeed and where the real accomplishment is!

Dream on:

In a bid to achieve something in life, many situations will arise to make you discomforted and anxious. But dream on. Remind yourself why you are in that situation in the first place. Reignite you aims to propel you forward.

Take time to calm down. Focus and reboot.

Feeling frustrated is not at all a bad feeling; it is an important part of our growth and essential part of our living. Use it to your advantage. If nothing, it will teach you patience and helps you to assume responsibility of self.

My Insight:

Sometimes those frustration only creates a special ‘AHA Moments in your life” as they are designed to give you directions in the mist of misdirection

Frustration can be your powerful ally!
