Finding AI Agents Just Got Easier: New AI Agents and Tools in AWS Marketplace

AI agents are rapidly transforming business. According to Gartner®, “33% of enterprise software applications will include agentic AI by 2028, up from less than 1% in 2024.”*                                  

However, agents on their own will only take you so far. They need to have the right data, interoperate with other software like SaaS applications or other agents, and need the right guardrails in place to meet security and governance requirements.

Today at AWS Summit New York, we're announcing AI Agents and Tools in AWS Marketplace – now featuring hundreds of AI agents and tools from trusted companies including Anthropic, Automation Anywhere, C3.ai, IBM, Karini AI, Kloia, Perplexity, PwC, Salesforce, Stripe, Trellix, Upstage, VNGRS, xpander.ai and many, many more.

Simplifying AI Agent Discovery and Deployment

Customers already rely on AWS Marketplace to more quickly and easily deploy and govern IT solutions - with more than 25,000 listings across 70+ categories. In fact, more than 99% of the top 1,000 AWS customers had at least one active AWS Marketplace subscription in 2024, and according to a Forrester study, customers found and bought from top providers 60% faster than traditional IT procurement.

So, what makes this extra special for customers? With this launch, AWS Marketplace becomes a single destination where customers can find everything needed for successful AI agent implementations— includes not just agents themselves, but also the critical components that make agents truly valuable—knowledge bases that power them with relevant data, third-party guardrails that enhance security, professional services to support implementation, and deployment options that enable agents to seamlessly interoperate with existing software. 

Customers can access all these solutions through flexible payment options including pay-as-you-go models, monthly or yearly subscriptions, and custom pricing arrangements tailored to their needs. By consolidating everything in one place, AWS Marketplace simplifies the entire process from discovery to deployment, drawing on more than a decade of experience helping organizations find and implement the right technology solutions.

Beyond the customer benefits, AWS Marketplace is also a growth accelerator for sellers. AWS Marketplace allows sellers to use standardized legal contracts, create and publish private offers directly to customers, as well as offer free trials all within the console. This helps unblock the typical procurement cycles, allowing customers to procure the IT they need and partners to close deals faster. Companies including CrowdStrike, Databricks, Snowflake, and Splunk each exceeded $1 billion in total contract value in 2024 alone. And Salesforce announced it eclipsed more than $2 billion in total contract value as of its Q1 FY25 since launching in AWS Marketplace in December 2023. 

AI-Powered Search: Finding the Perfect Agent for Your Needs

Finding the right agent is now easy with a new AI-powered search—powered by Amazon Bedrock. Customers can describe their use case and the AI-powered search recommends solutions that meet their needs. Customers can also filter and search through listings for specific open standards, such as Model Context Protocols (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), to ensure agents easily integrate with their current IT estate.

AWS Marketplace makes deployment faster and more flexible with multiple options, including APIs and containers, with direct integration for compatible solutions with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore—a new, complete set of services for deploying and operating highly capable agents securely at enterprise scale, now available in preview. AI agents and tools purchased through AWS Marketplace can be configured to work with AgentCore, eliminating complex integration work that typically slows implementation. In fact, at launch, partners including AllCloud, Accenture, Brave, CircleCI, among others will offer listings in AWS Marketplace that take advantage of this new service.
