"I was trying to make my business look like other people's businesses... more trucks, better image, more employees. It just ended up being awful – more stress, less profit, and we weren't even serving our customers as well," he admitted. 😓

BREAKTHROUGH INSIGHT: Your zone of genius comes alive when you embrace simplicity and focus on what you do best. 🎯 Discipline and simplicity will always outperform chaotic activity. ⚡

The belief that you're not qualified enough, not good enough, or not ready enough is the actual stone preventing performance. As one member shared: 🚫
