What’s due: Q1 2025 MDS & NHSN measure data via iQIES/NHSN. Late = no compliance improvement + risk of 2% cut to your FY 2026 APU. Do now: Run iQIES “Final Validation” & NHSN Analysis reports; resolve rejects/dashes.
