At Pai Kane , the journey to creating the Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GRP) Diesel Generator acoustic enclosure started with a vision to solve real problems faced by our customers. It’s a testament to the leadership team of ATUL PAI KANE & Swaroop Naik and the dedication of our team, Deepak Sonawane  and Sachin Gauns , who worked together to turn an ambitious idea into a product that meets the needs of discerning customers looking for solutions.

The Vision: Setting the Stage

It all started with a simple but important question: How can we make diesel generator enclosures aesthetically and better at noise permeability ?  While  listening to  customers, we learned about the issues they faced. Corrosion was a common concern, leading to shorter lifespans and higher maintenance costs. Furthermore, there was a growing demand for aesthetically superior solutions that could seamlessly integrate into modern environments.

To the mix we also recognized  the need for a more efficient and environmentally friendly diesel generator enclosure, our team, under the leadership of ATUL PAI KANE , set out to innovate. The first discussions were held with Swaroop Naik, the Director In-charge of the Composites division who completely bought into the idea.

Led by experts Deepak Sonawne and Sachin Gauns, we developed a groundbreaking solution that offers superior durability, noise reduction, and a unique design,very strikingly different.

With this vision as our North star, Deepak and Sachin Gauns worked together to turn it into reality.

His contributions included rigorous testing to ensure structural reliability, operational stability, and ease of installation making the product flawless in its performance.
