Generative AI’s Top 10 Leap: Healthier Living Takes Center Stage – This And More News In Digital Health This Week
Biological age might become the next big biomarker in medicine! This is what I discussed while sharing my results with TruDiagnostic™. With just 3 drops of dried blood, they analyzed multiple epigenetic clocks / biological signatures that reveal how fast or slow we’re aging. My biological age is 35.7 years, almost 5 years younger than my chronological age of 40.5.
Also, my pace of aging is 0.77 — meaning for every 12 months that pass, my body ages less than 9.
We’re not far from a future where biological age testing becomes as standard as a cholesterol panel. I'll see what it adds to my prevention plan after I discuss it with my primary care physician.
And here is an interesting take on longevity: “Don’t die in the next 10 years. Please try to survive, because if you live 10 years, you’re going to live another 5 years. If you live 15 years, you’re going to live another 50 years, because we are going to solve aging.” - Prof. Derya Unutmaz, whose research focuses on the mechanisms of human T cell differentiation.

GENERATIVE AI’S TOP 10 LEAP: HEALTHIER LIVING TAKES CENTER STAGE
Harvard Business Review released the top 100 use cases of generative AI for 2025 compared to their ranking in 2024. One of the biggest winners? Healthier living! Last year, it was the 75th use case; now it's in the top 10.
FDA BEGINS REAL-TIME REPORTING OF ADVERSE EVENT DATA
FDA begins real-time reporting of adverse event data. As if we were living in science fiction! Why? "𝑃𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑛𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡’𝑠 𝑐𝑙𝑢𝑛𝑘𝑦 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑒 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑠 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑛𝑜𝑡 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑤𝑎𝑖𝑡 𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑡ℎ𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐."
WHAT CAN YOU LEARN FROM YOUR DIGITAL TWIN: BIOTWIN REVIEW
Recently, digital twins (AI‑powered, real‑time virtual replicas of individual patients) have emerged as one of the most transformative innovations in personalized medicine. BioTwin offered me to create my biological twin and I accepted the offer, as always, without any payment of sponsorship.
WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THE FDA’S LIST OF AUGMENTED AND VIRTUAL REALITY DEVICES?
Similar to AI-based medical devices, the US regulator, the FDA, has an official list of devices of augmented and virtual reality too. I analyzed all of them based on the company that submitted the device, submission type, medical specialty and other features.
AT-HOME BLOOD SAMPLING: TASSO, REDDROP AND YOURBIO REVIEWS
Imagine a world where routine blood tests no longer require a trip to the clinic. No waiting rooms, no needles, no appointments. Just you, at home, taking control of your health.
Virtually painless blood collection is already possible with easy-to-follow instructions and compatibility with various lab tests. The choice between them may come down to personal preference and specific testing requirements.

Transform patient lives by bridging AI innovation and pharmaceutical expertise
2wBefore we solve the "aging issue" - we should concentrate on solving the 100s of rare diseases that shorten the life expectancy of patients! The "aging theme" is mainly driven by mainstream media and some narcicistic billionairs (which at the same time shows one of the problems an increased life expectancy of certain individuals can bring). And I would take everything from Prof. Unutmaz with a grain of salt. He is as biased as a scientist can be and directly or indirectly affiliated with OpenAI. When he claimed there is no halucinations with the O3 model any longer I stopped taking him seriously.
