Happy new year, it's great to be back.

Sitting on the beach during our Christmas holiday, I took this photo of our very old but trusty Tip Top umbrella, we have had this for over 20 years and it is still going strong. Like many things we cherish it enabled me to sit and reflect on what might be install for 2024.

I am extremely excited by all things AI and what this technology will do for so many. Attach this to our Datacenters opening up in New Zealand this year it is time for Aotearoa to stand tall on the world stage. New Zealand is full of visionaries, innovators and start-ups and now is the time to get our country to be the best Digital nation in the world.

The new job opportunities are also extremely exciting, encouraging many Woman to join out 10K Woman program to get the skills to feel confident enough to go for that next tech role. The emphasis on inclusivity, reflects a forward-thinking approach to fostering diversity in the tech industry, we need you!

We are also heavily investing into Australia with our recent 5 billion investments, this is another game changer for all to really drive real transformation.

To our incredible Partners, we simply can't do what we need to without you, the innovation and tenacity you put in to enabling customers on our Platforms inspires me every day. The synergy between yur organizations serves as a testament to the collective effort required to drive meaningful advancements.
