Harvard vs Trump ….. blessing in disguise for India. Trump freezes 2.2. Billion USD of Endowment to Harvard

Harvard University filed a federal lawsuit against the Trump administration, for freezing 2.2 billion dollars of federal funding. WHY? why to cut down funding for higher education, that too of the prestigious university like Harvard.  

Harvard has $ 53.2 billion endowment (that is only 80% of its total funds) which is the largest of any US University. Is there any real impact of freezing of 2.2 billion out of 53.2 billion. If Yes then How? and if Not, then -Why so much hue and cry?

Trump has his own reasons like Harvard’s support to Gaza protest, not cracking down antisemitism on the campuses, war against the Deep State and etc.

Is quality education of the University students getting affected? Yes, may be may not be, but if not then what? who are the real stakeholders in the Harvard funding? Who draws the major chunk of it? And where do these Billions of Dollars go???

Harvard invests its huge funds into hedge funds and equities to make profits and again utilize it. Harvard University is spread over 5,000 acres of land with multiple institutes, museums and libraries, the university imparts education to 25,000 students and pays salaries to 20,000 academicians and staff. But still are $ 53 billion really required?  As per 2024 records Harvard University had spent only 6.4 billion as a total expense and the rest of funds are still unutilised. For lack of better word Harvard University is sitting over more than 50 billion dollars which is indeed more than GDPs of 1/4th countries around the globe.

As Indians what we have to do with Harvard University Fundings? Are we even remotely impacted?

Harvard University is a headquarter of research which sets global socio-political narratives as it funds and tutors the intellectuals and academicians. Harvard University along with Media and Church creates an ecosystem to foster “Academic Hindu phobia” which means by using the tool of Academics, under the garb of research in fields of Humanities and Social Sciences negatively portraying Indian Culture, Indian Civilizational Ethos and Indian belief systems.

Harvard has patronised scholars who analyse and interpret Hindu culture and society from the Lense of ‘Marxism’ and ‘Critical Race Theory’. The Critical Race theory is equated with ‘Critical Cast Theory’ and so all the ills of racism of the White Westerners are blamed upon India’s casteism. In nutshell “Race” in the west is equated with the “Cast” in India (which is of western origin but now indispensable in Indian socio-political arena). Racism by the west is superimposed upon Indian society to prove that ‘Race in the West is equal to the Caste in India’. And so “Blacks” in the West are equal to the “Dalits” in India and vice versa. Thus, “Black Lives Matter” movement is exported to India as “Dalit Lives Matter”. This ideological subversion gives the Western nations a free hand and uninvited entry to interfere into Indian politics and India’s internal socio-political matters.

A flawed logic is catered on the platters of Indian academia and politics that as Dalits are oppressed and are backward, so are the Indian Muslims as they are a minority. Thus, Indian Muslims and Dalits shall unite for their cause i.e., obviously to voice against the majority Hindus. For Anti-Indian forces, this masterstroke serves two purposes in one blow, first is to severs off the Dalit community from Hindu society as if Dalits are not part of Hindu fold and second is boosting the efforts of Radical Islamic forces to protest against India.

It is perplexing to see that Khalistani faction of the ‘Sikh’ community is made to join hands with the Radical Islamic forces as the State of India is projected as their common enemy. It is nowhere an overexaggerated statement to say that all the Internal and external protests against the Indian state are directly or indirectly intellectually as well as monetarily funded by the ecosystems created by the Harvard University. May it be CAA, NRC, Article 370, Farm Bills, Bheema Koregaon, etc protests, if the roots are traced back links goes to Harvard ecosystem.

Scholars in the Harvard still support “Aryan Invasion” theory and make huge academic efforts to prove that India is horizontally divided into two ‘Races’ i.e., ‘Aryans’ and ‘Dravidians’. Aryans invaded India from the North and pushed the native Indian to the south. So, Aryans (North Indians) are the oppressors and Davidians (South Indians) are the oppressed ones. This artificially created fault line goes till the extreme extent of conceptualizing a separate country by name ‘Dravidistan’ (just like a separate Pakistan or Khalistan). No wonder that sentiments of separatism sown in the spirits of Southern Indian states makes it easy for the Christian missionaries to propagate Christianity. No wonder that more than 1000 kgs of Gold donated to temples in Tamil Nadu is melted to make gold bars to deposit in the banks and raise funds by the democratically elected Stalin government.

Harvard is the Greatest of the Great institute but we need to be extremely vigilant about its hidden agendas against India. Harvard ecosystem institutes like - Harvard Divinity School, South Asian Institute, Murti Classical Library of India Scholars etc support so called scholars and intellectuals to study Indian History, Culture, Civilization, Society and scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayana, Mahabharata and so on and give them a free hand to profess its distorted Marxist interpretations which flows back into academic curriculum.

And for first hand inspection of the anti-India narratives one can go through the materials written by Harvard patronised scholars like Wendy Doniger and Sheldon Pollock, Dr. Suraj Yengde, Audrey Truschke, Jeffrey J. Kripal Diana L. Eck and etc.

In Nutshell: Harvard ecosystem is funding the non-Hindu self-proclaimed intellectuals to study Hinduism to distort it and selectively fit it into Marxist theories and produce academic material which is highly revered worldwide, which sets global political agendas, policies and ultimately academic curriculum. And so Babur becomes a brave warrior, Akbar becomes The Great and fanatic Aurangzeb becomes an efficient administrator. Students studying this distorted interpretation of history and flawed socio-political understandings become part of Think Tanks and Policy Advisers and the state of India keeps on slipping into anarchy.
