Health, Wealth & Relationships – The Only Real Investment Plan

Some lessons come from books. Some come from life. But the best ones? They come in moments when you least expect them.

Last week, we had Mr.Felix Josemon as our guest at CDA Academy’s Convocation Ceremony. He spoke from the heart. No slides. No fluff. Just one simple insight that stayed with me:

“Everything we do is just a reflection of how we treat our health, wealth, and relationships.”

That line hit different.

It made me pause. Reflect. Recalibrate.

Because when I look at my own journey ,From being a soft skills trainer… to now managing a team of 17… running India’s most practical digital marketing program… And still dreaming of becoming the best, These three things are the REAL assets that built me.

1. Health – Your First Startup

Not just your body. But your entire operating system: Physical, Mental, Emotional.

“A healthy man wants a thousand things. A sick man wants only one.” – Confucius

You can’t build greatness with a burnt-out body or a mind full of noise.

For me, real health means:

• Light, clean, local food (Kerala knows best).

• Walking without earphones. Listening to wind.

• Emotional detox through journaling and spiritual solitude.

• Saying “No” to toxic hustle, and “Yes” to intentional rest.

Because if you're not protecting your energy, you're leaking your purpose.

2. Wealth – Your Freedom Plan

Let’s get this straight. Money is not greed. It’s dignity. Freedom. Stability.

Wealth is what lets you:

• Say “Yes” to opportunities.

• Say “No” to compromise.

• Take care of your family without guilt.

I’ve met so many learners who are skilled but stuck. Because no one taught them how money works.

We teach SEO, content, funnels. But we must also teach money systems:

• Investing.

• Income streams.

• Value-based pricing.

• Saying no to low-value work.

Wealth doesn’t make you arrogant. It makes you available to serve, give, grow.

3. Relationships – The Soul Equity

We often chase likes and views. But at the end of the day who’s checking in on your real self?

“People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.” – Unknown

When I look back, I don’t remember who complimented my post. I remember:

• Who called when I was down.

• Who stayed back after class.

• Who believed in my wild dreams.

And this includes:

• Your mentors (like Felix, who gifted us this beautiful insight).

• Your learners (they mirror your growth).

• Your circle (the ones who help you stay you).

Relationships aren’t just emotional. They’re spiritual investments. Protect them.

Final Thought:

If you're confused about your next big step Don’t look at trends. Look within.

Ask yourself:

• Is my health protecting me or draining me?

• Is my wealth serving others or just surviving?

• Are my relationships aligned with my soul?

That’s your real KPI.

Because in the end, success is not found in the algorithm. It’s found in alignment , When your health, wealth, and relationships all move in harmony.

That’s what Felix reminded us that day. That’s what I remind myself every single day.
