2025 marked a decade of Appinventiv.

Ten years of building, evolving, and growing together, and this year, we didn’t hit pause for even a moment.

We hosted Noida’s biggest corporate celebration, launched people-first initiatives, expanded our talent pool, and kept pushing the bar higher, all while staying grounded in our culture.

And yes, it was a big year for recognition too-

Appinventiv’s Legendary 10-Year Bash

A milestone like this needed a celebration to match. Our 10-Year Bash brought everyone together for a night of unforgettable moments, high-energy performances by MJ5 and Space Chimp, nonstop laughter with Ashish Solanki, and a dance floor powered by DJ Holly C. It wasn’t just a party; it was a reflection of who we are, driven, passionate, and always ready to celebrate our journey.

Festivals, the Appinventiv Way

We believe great culture comes alive in shared moments and festivals are the perfect backdrop. Holi painted the campus in color and cheer with music, gujiyas, and endless energy, while Valentine’s Day came with frosting fights, heart-shaped treats, and just the right amount of chaos. Whether playful or heartfelt, every celebration this year was about coming together as teammates, and as a team that knows how to have fun.

Health is How We Hustle

Wellness was a priority, not a checklist. Health Week offered everything from dental and eye screenings to cholesterol checks and a successful blood donation drive. We also hosted one of our most loved sessions, Puppy Yoga, where mindfulness met puppy cuddles. When work and wellbeing go hand in hand, good things follow.

Where Care Meets Community

This year reminded us that even small acts of kindness can go a long way. Through our community Bhandara and Rooh Afza drives, we had the chance to give back, one meal, one moment, and one smile at a time. These were simple gestures that reflected something bigger: a culture of care.

Feel-Good Fridays, Reimagined

To recharge creativity, we turned to the arts and to posture. Our Art Therapy session encouraged the team to put screens away and express freely with brushes and colors. The Ergonomic Workshop followed with actionable tips for healthier work habits. It was a gentle reminder: taking care of how we work matters just as much as what we work on.

New Faces, New Energy

Welcoming 35+ freshers meant more than introductions, it meant fresh ideas, new collaborations, and growing our culture with intention. The onboarding experience focused on connecting people, not just departments. It was a warm welcome into a space that values initiative, learning, and community from day one.

Edu-Boost-Where Purpose Meets Potential

This year saw our Edu-Boost initiative turn into something impactful. With over 20,000 aspirants and 100+ selected scholars, it became a bridge between ambition and opportunity. Scholarship winners received more than financial support, they got direct access to career pathways, mentorship, and a platform to launch their next chapter.

When Work Fam Hit the Beach

Goa was more than an offsite, it was a memory bank in the making. Beach games, adventure activities, late-night conversations, and spontaneous plans brought out a different side of us. It helped us bond, reset, and come back stronger. Moments like these aren’t side notes, they’re part of what makes a strong, connected team.
