How to make Instant ULIP Khichdi

How to make Instant ULIP Khichdi

It may not be intuitive, but finance and cooking go hand-in-hand. Companies cook the books, advisors sugarcoat products, investors put all their eggs in one basket, bankers fry the bigger fish, and most people have half-baked financial plans.

I figured I should also give this newsletter a culinary angle and will occasionally share recipes for some delicious financial dishes. This week we will look at khichdi, a staple Indian dish made of rice and lentils.

While there are innumerable khichdi variations, our focus is the financial version, and we will be cooking “Instant ULIP Khichdi”. Whether you have already tried this widely popular dish or are contemplating cooking it in the future, this two-minute recipe video will be very handy.

Bon Appetit!

Namita PiparaiyaRishi Piparaiya Awesome! Hit a homerun, Great story telling.

Normal , boring and consistent over a long period of time. Could relate to the Ulip Khichdi cooked over a long period of time over a low flame. Awesome and Innovative way to communicate a dull long term solution. Thanks Rishi & Namita.
