Al can predict when to start the hiring process for certain departments to prevent critical periods. Advance AI applications are more expensive but when technology evolves, those applications become a vital part of our day to day lives.

VR creates a realistic 3-D image or environment, which enables humans to perceive as real and interact realistically. A perfect example of the successful use of VR technology is the British Army. They are already using VR to overcome recruitment challenges. They have created four VR experiences based on combat training, adventure training, tank training, and parachute training. This means in the business sector if some jobs require more on-the-job training, VR can be a perfect and valuable investment.
