I'm Back and Joining an Incredible Company!

The time has come where I can proudly announce that I have joined EncompaaS, a global SaaS provider focused on accelerating digital transformation for compliance, privacy, and team productivity. I am joining EncompaaS as Chief Customer Officer and am part of the Executive team.  

EncompaaS has created an incredibly exciting and innovative SaaS platform that drives enhanced manage-in-place compliance capabilities across the enterprise. By leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation, EncompaaS discovers, analyses, enriches, manages, and disposes of content according to policy delivering seamless governance and greater productivity while fast tracking digital transformation initiatives. Our customers benefit from real-time analysis, management, and visualization of their enterprise data holdings, presented via an intuitive and responsive management dashboard. Enterprise data is completely and transparently transformed into a valuable asset that is easy to manage and leverage in a compliant and safe manner, regardless of location, creation method or use case.

One of the very exciting aspects of EncompaaS is its ability to extend and enhance investments made in Content Manager by automating recordkeeping tasks and simplifying the connection of cloud-based applications and services to this proven EDRMS. Built-in data visualization and analytics deliver valuable insights when they are needed plus there is the added benefit of being able to immediately identify, capture and manage content across the enterprise, not just content that resides in Content Manager. With EncompaaS, you can rapidly configure the platform to identify and manage-in-place content found in Microsoft Teams, One Drive and SharePoint Online.

EncompaaS is a truly exciting place to work as it is at the forefront of next generation content services. Founded and led by my dear friend Jesse Todd, I am truly excited to join the team that he has assembled and the solutions that they have created. It is exciting to join an organization that I have admired from afar as a partner. Now I have the opportunity to be on the inside and help lead a very dynamic team with a true passion for great customer outcomes.

One more personal note: I was overwhelmed with the “likes” and response comments made by so many of you when I announced my departure from Micro Focus. It is great to be at EncompaaS and having the opportunity to work with former colleagues around the world!
