Harry Mullen CRCST CIS CHL CER I agree 💯. Not only is the importance of sterile processing often overlooked, but the dedicated and hardworking staff are often undervalued. In my view sterile processing is not always acknowledged by hospital management or understood by the public. It is very disappointing.
