INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

# Education is the most powerful weapon, which you can used to change the world and society.

Before quote any kind of statement on Indian education system by other's prospective. Because it is important to take itself view first on it, that what I feel. Because I am 23 year old and I have completed my post graduation as a MBA. so what I feel since my childhood such as what is the core/major problem in education system and what I wont to be change in education system after my completion of it. so definitely through this blog platform/ writing journey, I am able to write my view or my perception towards the education. because I felt and I ll explain it in my vote of words.

  1. Ecosystem: Let's start by discussing the ecosystem. How the Indian social structure was genuinely influenced. The Indian parents who genuinely flourished in the sequential environment where they had learned about few profession alternatives and on the basis of it. they have begun providing their youngsters appropriate career counsel. So, their thinking is constrained and it is restricted by the display society. because the general public is unaware of the abundance of additional career options. because they live in a mature atmosphere where 95% of people discuss their only four to five professional alternatives. the like (MBBS, MBA, Engineering, UPSC, LAW). Despite still, neither a single person discusses the several career alternatives available. the like as

ORAITHOLOGIST

ART THERAPIST

AUDIO ENGINEER

METEOROLOGIST

TEA TASTER

BEE KEEPER

PALEONTOLOGIST

GRAPHIC DESIGN

STATISTICIAN

Because of lack of awareness + lack of knowledge. so in my case i always considered exception's that 'YES' At that point of time my father was not aware all these king of career option and he did not have knowledge about, which career would be perfect for my son or perhaps which one was on trending. so he might be had decided Management as career option for me and I am happy with their decision. Because I know at that point of time there was no social media exit & there was no career counselling coach and parents were not highly educated and career options were not available. but according to recently report of (UNESCO) on Indian education system. They wrote the literacy rate in India is more than 75% of overall population and among it 83% male educated and 66% female educated. After that Indian parents mentality again remain same constantly. They don't bothered about the futuristic approach and they are not ready to say that "Beta Do what you love most". but nahi inko to fake respect wali life jeeni hai or show off karte rahenge ki hamara beta or beti bade sanskari hai hamare kehne se hi career choose kiya hai or ager bacche dreams or passion ki bate karne lag jaye to, inke hisab se sab kuch galt hai yaa phir ishme scope nahiii or kitna hi kama lega tu or itna sabke bad ager baccha apni bate rakhne ke kosis kare to ushe phir tag laga diya jata hai arrogant hai, disobedient hai, unruly child hai etc. what I understand one thing since my 10th standard and till now. In India, society play very important role for every individual life's. We all are heard one statement since our childhood that Log kya bolega if you will be doing this..?. so It is something, which does exit in our sub- conscious mind that don't do anything, which is go beyond the society boundary line or perhaps it is something which is restricted me and destroyed my out of the box thinking and my creativity. So basically, In this particular Eco-system everything has to have connected to each dots...so that it became the eco-system. At last My opinion, Eco- system which means "we called as a good and great society". so they should behave in the favor of youth and support them in every career field. because there is no one is the perfect career. At least he/she would be happy in their interested field. if he/she has choose the career to hi/her choice. Let them decided their future and their life goal. Because 18+ age, Government has allowed to everyone to watch and visit anywhere (freedom). So then, why only society has stop them.

2. Parents Influence- In India there are 4 major kind of parents lived. Let's talk about each one of these individually parenting style and along with which one is more preferred in India. we will be also discussing as well.

  • Authoritarian parenting (High parental control and low flexibility)
  • Authoritative parenting (Balanced expectation and support)
  • Permissive parenting (Less expectations and friendly Behavior)
  • Uninvolved parenting (Low Involvement and uninterested)

I will now discuss which is more popular in India. a hybrid of two parenting philosophies. It works substantially (Authoritarian + Permissive) in India. First and foremost, Indian parents do not have a believes in their kids' capacity to go farther in their professions. In fact, I would say that parents are the only individuals who truly understand their kids' SWOT. Let's speak about the various ways, how parents might affect the Indian educational system. Earlier to the what happened in our ERA, our parents did not have advanced degrees. how they communicated with the teachers at the parent-teacher meeting. How did they know what the curriculum was as well as what sort of obsolete curriculum During in the time of independence, the government had been using the curriculum. Our parents were uneducated due to this, They lacked the authority to make decisions. because they were unaware of their constitutionally protected fundamental rights in India. But yet everyone have power to change education system because of literacy rate is high in India and everyone understood the pattern of teaching and outdated syllabus. All the parents should create the unique kind of atmosphere for their next generation in terms of education. how it will happened?. So first foremost parents should give their child full of freedom in terms of choosing right career for itself of if he/she is not able to take right decision in terms of career. so please go to career counselling office and take counselling and accordingly will be decided your future. Second please talk to their children's daily basis. so that you will be creating transparency between you and your children's.
