And for the next season, we’re going one step further.
I’d love to introduce you to a new weekly series we’re calling The Altar & The Ask.
What Is The Altar & The Ask?
This series was born out of a deep desire to bridge two worlds that rarely connect in traditional business content: biblical conviction and practical sales strategy.
Each week, The Altar & The Ask follows a simple, focused framework:
Think of it as a rhythm of reflection and responsibility, a space to both grow as a leader and be reminded of the foundation beneath it all.
Why This Series (And Why Now)?
Over the years, I’ve had countless conversations with professionals who feel torn between spiritual conviction and sales success.
They’re not looking to preach at work, but they also don’t want to pretend their faith doesn’t matter in the deals they close or the teams they lead.
So, rather than setting aside the core principles that guide me, and many of you, I’ve decided to bring them to the forefront, for a season.
That’s what The Altar & The Ask is all about.
It’s not replacing our broader content. It’s simply a season of intentional alignment, and we believe it’s what this moment is asking for.
Who Is It For?
This series was created with Christian founders, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals in mind, those who want to operate with high performance and high conviction.
But even if you don’t share my faith, you’ll still find plenty of value here.
Every edition offers a grounded perspective on the challenges we all face in sales and leadership. You’ll walk away with deeper insights, practical tools, and a renewed sense of what it means to lead with integrity.
