As a Portfolio Manager in the Digital Technology organization, my team is responsible for enabling and managing North America’s e-commerce sites and mobile app, while also focusing on unlocking global omni-channel capabilities for a seamless experience between online and physical stores for our guests.
Connection to me is time. Time is so valuable and can be hard to come by sometimes. The ability to spend time with others around me, whether at work or outside of work, is truly a gift. I have realized this more and more as I have gotten older. To spend time together is being able to connect to listen, catch up, share laughter, and create memories.
As I am a hybrid worker, being able to go into the office a few days a week has allowed me to connect with my team in person, which is always very refreshing. It’s created an opportunity to get to know my team outside of the projects they’re working on.
Lately, I have been passionate about trying new recipes and documenting my mother’s recipes and trying them out myself (without her help) to ensure I can get it just right! My mother was never one to write down her recipes, but I have since started writing out recipes of my favorite dishes she makes so I’m able to have a collection of them all. I’m also interested in all types of recipes and cuisines. From breakfast to brunch or dessert ideas, I’m all for it!
Be open minded, curious, ask questions. I’ve been in technology for over 10 years and I came in with an open and flexible mind.
You won’t regret joining the Technology Team at lululemon and hopefully you’ll be up to a challenge (in a good way)! In my short time at lululemon so far, I feel that I have been able to collaborate, learn and grow from (and with) team members and leaders on a daily basis. I feel encouraged by them and empowered to be creative on anything that I work on.
Being an avid exerciser and huge fan, believer and supporter of lululemon since my high school days (I used to take road trips with my friends to Vancouver to shop before we had a store in Seattle!), it feels like it’s come full circle for me working on the Technology team. From purchasing products in-store and/or online, I now have had the opportunity to see the work behind-the-scenes of our teams on how guests are able to seamlessly shop at lululemon in any way that is most convenient for them, including myself!

1yI’m going to post this until I get a resolution. Don't shop at Lululemon. I had a gift card I tried using online. A glitch happened where the order didn't go through, but my gift card balance was used. I reached out to customer service online multiple times and they claimed I used it in store. What they were referencing was the day the store associate gave me the gift card from a return I made. When I brought that up, customer service ended my chat. So Lululemon took my money without resolving my issue. I'm going to comment my story as reviews on their website and post on social until I get my money returned. I attached two screenshots of when I tried using the gift card and shows the balance, and then the chat with customer service who ended my chat. I truly loved this brand until this happened. I want my money back.
