👉Leadership Development IS a Life-Long 'PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT' Journey and Experience, that STARTS with the 'CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT' of the 'PERSON' who is, or is going to be, a Leader.

💡You are FIRST a Private, Individual 'PERSON', BEFORE you are a Leader!!!

💡You are NOT your POSITION, TITLE and SKILLSET; you ARE your CHARACTER!!!

➡️To DEVELOP the Leader to be a better LEADER, but not DEVELOP the PERSON who IS the Leader, to be a better PERSON, is to PRIORITIZE Developing their PROFESSIONAL & POSITIONAL IDENTITY, and NOT their PERSONAL & PRIVATE IDENTITY. It is PRIORITIZING WHO they ARE as a LEADER, but NOT WHO they ARE as a PERSON!!!

🔴Leaders are TAUGHT the most Innovative, Notable and Reputable Leadership Skills, Knowledge, Strategies, Theories, Principles and Lessons, BUT, they are NOT TAUGHT how to 'BE', 'PEOPLE OF CHARACTER'!!!

🔥While Leadership is PUBLIC, Leadership Development is PERSONAL. Deeply PERSONAL.

💡TRUE Leadership Development is often Uncomfortable, Painful, Intrusive, Difficult, Offensive, Challenging, Bitter, Agonizing, Burdensome, and Demanding, because of the PROFOUND DEPTH and INTENSITY of PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION and CHANGE that occurs, 'IN' the PERSON who is the Leader.

🔴While Academic and Theoretical Workshops and Sessions have its place in providing Leaders 'Leadership INFORMATION', it often FAILS to PRODUCE 'Leader TRANSFORMATION'.

👉CHARACTER 'IS' the FOUNDATION of Leadership; therefore, CHARACTER Development 'IS' the FOUNDATION of Leadership Development.

➡️All other Leadership Development Skills, Principles, Concepts, Theories and Lessons etc, must be BUILT and DEVELPOED yes, but it MUST be BUILT on the FOUNDATION of STRONG PERSONAL CHARACTER. Without this FOUNDATION, NOTHING that Leaders BUILD and DEVELOP, can be SUSTAINED.
