One year ago, I made a decision that changed everything: I joined Impact Eleven, a world-class speaker development community. And what a year it’s been.

Since then, I’ve transformed—myself, my message, and my mission.

I’ve stepped into my voice more fully, elevated my business with intention, and embraced a new level of clarity, confidence, and courage. But more than that, I’ve found my people. I call them my constellation of stars—my inner circle of exceptional humans who reflect light, brilliance, and deep authenticity.

These are not just colleagues. They are artists, risk-takers, generous souls who play jazz—not classical. We’re all here to do the work—but in a way that’s alive, collaborative, and full of possibility.

At Impact Eleven, we give generously and don’t keep score. We do less, but we do it better. We lead with love, operate with humility, and always have each other’s backs. It’s not just a community—it’s a movement.

To the founders—Jordan Broad, Josh Linkner, Seth Mattison, Peter Sheahan, and Ryan Estis—thank you for creating this space where courage meets creativity and mastery meets meaning.

To the incredible team—Ivy Gustafson, Jenny DeRosse, Connie Trombley, Betsy Shields, Bob Marsh, and Matt Ciccone—thank you for being smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. You make this community feel like home.

I’ve never been more aligned with a group of people. This is what it means to reach for eleven—to reject the status quo, to be bold, to uplift one another, and to fight the good fight together.

The Impact Eleven community has reminded me that the best leaders are generous, self-aware, and unafraid to dance like nobody’s watching.

They give, not to be seen—but to serve.

They speak up, not for attention—but for change.

They hold high standards, not from ego—but from a shared commitment to leave it better than they found it.

Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about being the most authentic one. And being surrounded by others who believe that too? That’s where the magic happens.

I’m speaking more, facilitating more workshops, and leading with authenticity and heart. I’m anchoring my message in resilience and redefining success on my own terms.

And I’m having fun while doing it.
