Letter 75: Part II: Learnings: Reflections & Way Forward 2025
Imagine doing 75 HARD 2 while:
Surviving a Life or Death accident - with an impact that made my SUV MG Hector go to scrap and yet being able to walk ( not run) to finish 2nd workout of day
23 Days out of 75 went into travelling : Mumbai, Bangalore, Patna, Lucknow etc
Two days having a temperature of 100 degrees yet hitting the gym
Reading 7 books: in 75 days and lessons have incredible
Finding my Ishtdev: Shri Hanuman Ji standing with me at every moment when people tried to take me down
Losing almost 4 Kg and gaining another 4 Kg but muscle mass
Running in heavy rains, to running at 6 degrees temperature
Going through a transformative time at work, seeing the people in completely new light and being blessed to have some great relationships which I will cherish for Life
Having my team, people stand with me at every occasion and delivering Ai first campaigns like BlessMeGanesha.com to TheGreatIndianMoneyFestival
Winning multiple accolades, Best Brands and many marketing awards for the organisation I work with.
This is a longish post- mostly meant for myself to refer it in future. Its a post completion letter - after finishing the 75 HARD 2 and the changes you can see.

Here are my Key Wins and Challenges that I learnt about myself
What I am most interested is:
Limited Follower Growth on Social Media
Overcommitment to Multiple Projects
Reluctance to Outsource Lower value Tasks for the sake of perfections
Self-Criticism and High Expectations
Insufficient Downtime
Way Forward
Unless I find my nische, wont push for Insta-growth
Few A rated projects that change the trajectory
Outsource with leverage
Low Self criticism and have high expectation but focus on process not the results
A lot of downtime planned across the week and month
& first step towards this is
changing the KeepASKING newsletter to Weekly rather than daily.
Thankyou for being part of this journey with me and hope I could bring some joys to you.
Yours
