Lifestyle Communities Roadshow Ensuring Every Homeowner's Voice is Heard

At Lifestyle Communities, we are committed to creating more than just homes; we build thriving communities where every homeowner feels a true sense of belonging. That’s why, every six months for the last 21 years, our Managing Director and Co-founder, James Kelly, along with key team members, embarks on The Lifestyle Communities Roadshow.

This initiative allows James and his team to personally visit each of our 24 Lifestyle Communities across Victoria. It’s an opportunity for homeowners to engage directly with James and share their thoughts, questions, and feedback.

James is passionate about making sure every homeowner feels heard. “It is absolutely my favourite time of year and just such a wonderful opportunity to catchup with homeowners, so many that I know personally,” James said. He understands that sometimes questions and feedback can get lost in the mix as they make their way through various channels. The Roadshow is James’ personal commitment to making sure no issue goes unaddressed and no homeowner feels overlooked.

The Roadshow also serves as a platform to recognise the incredible work of our Homeowners’ and Social Committees. These committees are the heartbeat of our communities, working hard to nurture the vibrant spirit that makes our communities so special.

Furthermore, each stop on the Roadshow is an opportunity to share exciting updates, such as the completion of the new pool at Club Lifestyle, upcoming events like the much-anticipated Music Festival, and other future developments aimed at enhancing our homeowners’ experience.
