Day 3 – Time Planning and Organization
To optimize your time, it's essential to plan your week in advance. Many people feel overwhelmed because they live in "reaction mode," constantly putting out fires and dealing with daily urgencies. However, with structured planning, you can anticipate problems, prioritize important tasks, and avoid the feeling of losing control.
Use tools like digital calendars, planners, or apps to organize your commitments. When planning your week, start with important activities, as they yield the best results. Then allocate time for urgent tasks (and, if possible, try to prevent them) and minimize circumstantial ones as much as you can.
Exercise: Plan your upcoming week by identifying at least three important tasks per day. Set aside dedicated time blocks to complete them before moving on to any other activities.
