Welcome to another jam packed edition of the CFO Collective! Let's dive right in.
[axr] CFO Incubator: We host the CFO Incubator (CFOi) Series twice a year—and the first installment kicks off next month! Each series features three breakfast sessions where we interview high-profile CFOs from diverse backgrounds, including ASX-listed companies, Private Equity, and For-Purpose organisations. These sessions provide future CFOs with real-world insights into the role, valuable career guidance, and strategic planning advice. After a decade at O Bar & Dining, we’re excited to move to a brand-new location at the Hyatt Regency. You can register your interest here.
Market Update: March has been a strong month for us at [axr]. The volume of roles is increasing, driven by company restructures that highlight skill gaps and create new niche positions. However, macroeconomic conditions remain a concern, with the ‘Trump effect’ making an impact globally. Now is the time to strengthen your position and seize the opportunities that come your way!
CFO movements: We've observed a steady volume of CFO transitions in the ANZ market. Below are some notable changes—we hope you enjoy the read!
Should you need help with your career or with recruiting for your team, our door is always open. We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Kunal & Dave
