Transition case study: Life Without Barriers 

At Sensei, we’ve had the privilege of supporting Life Without Barriers (LWB), a leading Australian not-for-profit, on their journey to enhance project management capabilities. Sensei recently hosted an exclusive event with Microsoft tailored specifically for Local Councils, showcasing how Microsoft Copilot can revolutionise project and portfolio management. The event demonstrated how Copilot enabled PPM tools can eliminate administrative burdens, streamline reporting processes, and provide deeper insights into project performance, all while enhancing project governance.
