Transition case study: Life Without Barriers
At Sensei, we’ve had the privilege of supporting Life Without Barriers (LWB), a leading Australian not-for-profit, on their journey to enhance project management capabilities. From managing projects with spreadsheets, LWB recognised the need for a more robust solution, which led to the adoption of Sensei’s tools.
LWB started its’ project management maturity journey with Sensei’s Jumpstart platform and made a commitment to continuous improvement which has led them to transition to Altus, a scalable, secure, cloud-based solution built on the Microsoft Power Platform. With Altus, LWB now successfully manages over 757 projects, with improved visibility, efficiency, and security.
Altus’ integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem gives the LWB team a familiar platform to work in, streamlining processes, reducing administration and supporting collaboration, especially important in today’s flexible work environment.
This partnership has empowered LWB to deliver more efficiently on their mission to support Australians in need.

4moI love the concept of being able to prioritize by looking at strategic alignment, ROI, and risk. Quantifying risk to some measureable dollar value based on impact and probability is an important exercise that most businesses miss. I look forward to reading the white paper. Thanks.
