What drew you to MCS, and what excites you most about your role as National Account Manager? 

"With a multifamily renovation background, I’m excited to dive into SFR and Build-To-Rent while helping grow MCS’ presence across new and existing clients."

You have a strong background in multifamily renovations—how do you see that experience shaping your approach to client relationships here at MCS?

"While SFR and multifamily renovations share similarities; their differences are just as important. Understanding both helps me speak the client’s language and build stronger connections."

 Your focus is on bringing in new client logos and deepening existing relationships—what’s your philosophy when it comes to building long-term partnerships?

"The goal is always to build strong partnerships, becoming not just a vendor, but a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s team."

What’s one thing you’ve learned so far at MCS that’s made an impact on how you work or think?

"Learning MCS’ wide range of services has been a key challenge, but also a strength. It creates multiple entry points for new business and opportunities to grow. The ultimate goal is to become a trusted, essential part of our clients’ daily operations."

You hold a degree in Computer Science from Indiana University—how has that contributed to the way you approach sales and strategy in your career?

"Years of coding taught me to be methodical and forward-thinking, traits I’ve carried into my sales career to stay focused and strategic."
