Ana María Ibáñez is Vice President for Sectors and Knowledge at the Inter-American Development Bank. Before joining the IADB, she served as Director of the Research Center, and later Dean, at the School of Economics at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, where she conducted research on migration, rural development, and the consequences of conflict.
