Meet the Spring 2025 Startups

Meet the Spring 2025 Startups

This spring, we’re turning the page to a new chapter of innovation as we welcome the latest cohort to our AgeTech Collaborative™ from AARP Accelerator.

These exceptional startups have been carefully selected for their potential to transform the aging experience, introducing breakthroughs such as scent-based therapies for sleep apnea and neurodegeneration, AI-enabled musculoskeletal rehabilitation platforms, dignified in-home health monitoring via connected devices, and powered wearables that bring joy back to movement.

Each participant has undergone a rigorous evaluation process to ensure they offer forward-thinking, user-centric solutions that meet real needs across the longevity landscape. Over the next eight weeks, they’ll immerse themselves in a dynamic, collaborative environment designed to accelerate growth, sharpen strategy, and strengthen product-market fit.

From evidence-based design frameworks to real-world insights on reaching older consumers, these startups will gain access to the critical resources needed to scale their impact. Our mission is to equip them to drive lasting change and expand what’s possible in the future of aging.

We are proud to support our Spring 2025 cohort as they cultivate bold ideas and help shape a more connected, age-inclusive world.
