What has your journey working at TKWW? How long have you been with the company and how did you come to apply for the job?
I have been with TKWW for 2 1/2 years. I have known about TKWW for a long time and have always wanted to be involved. As my situation changed, it became a great time to connect with the team for a position.
Describe a typical day in your life working at TKWW.
A typical day starts with reviewing emails, setting my goals for the day, and organizing priorities. Then work through high-priority issues, troubleshoot, and send out follow-ups for anything outstanding. And of course, meetings fit into the day as always.
How does it look to work for a global company? How do you work with teams around the globe?
I love working with our Global partners. We work closely with our global teams daily, mostly by email, but when we need to meet, we make adjustments so that we are as close to global times as possible.
What is your favorite part of working for TKWW?
I love being involved in a user's most joyful time of their lives. The people with work with are extremely organized and helpful and always want what is best for the users.
What is your favorite part of working in your role?
My favorite part is learning. TKWW is all about teaching and learning more to help further employees' knowledge that will in effect, have a positive effect on users.
What sets TKWW apart from other employers?
In the 20 years I have been in the industry, I have never been part of a team that encourages time off like TKWW. We are all about work-life balance.
What do you do outside of work? What do you do for fun?
I run a small black box regional theater on Long Island. I love being on stage and performing.
