Meet The Team Behind the Scenes: Alex Dobre

Introducing Gigi-Alexandru Dobre , one of our naturally skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultants at Devhd.

From his university days at Politehnica University of Bucharest, Alex discovered his passion for technology and the ServiceNow platform. While still a student, he started his career directly in the ServiceNow space, gaining over two years of experience in another company. Two years ago, he chose the boutique way and joined Devhd, where learning, growth and teamwork go hand in hand.

Since joining, Alex has become a valued member of our delivery team, contributing to projects across areas such as IT Service Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Integrations, IT Asset Management and Service Portal — just to name a few. He is also involved in solution design and custom application development, always open to new challenges where his structured approach and creativity come together naturally.

The combination of technical expertise and soft skills is what helps him stay ahead and deliver high-quality solutions: detail-oriented, proactive about solving problems before they escalate and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Challenges keep him motivated and drive him to grow with every new project.

He loves that at Devhd, he has the support to develop both his technical and consulting skills and enjoys the kind of projects that challenge him to think differently and go beyond the obvious solution.

Colleagues describe him as strategic, meticulous, dependable and perseverant. Other Super-NOW-Powers lie in his structure, problem-solving approach and eagerness to continuously learn — always among the first to explore new certifications and find smarter ways to automate repetitive processes to save time and improve efficiency. Alex’s openness and sense of humor make him not just a great consultant but also a great teammate to have around.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys gaming, hiking and sometimes running marathons, activities that keep him focused and energized. From time to time, you might also find him at a concert, recharging with good music and great vibes.
