Warburg Pincus to acquire a majority stake in Keystone Agency Partners.

Warburg Pincus LLC , a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Keystone Agency Partners , an insurance broker and agency network, according to press releases. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Keystone Agency Partners is advised by Barclays , Dowling Hales , Goldman Sachs , Jamieson, KBW and Kirkland & Ellis (led by Jeremy Carroll , Rajab S. Abbassi and Dave Gusella ). Portman Ridge Finance, a publicly traded investment company, completed the merger with Logan Ridge Finance, a business development company focused on lower-middle market investments, in a $67m deal, according to press releases.

Logan Ridge Finance was advised by Houlihan Lokey , Dechert LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates (led by Blair Thetford ). Blue Owl completes the acquisition of South Reach Networks from Turning Rock Partners.

Blue Owl Capital , an alternative asset management firm, completed the acquisition of South Reach Networks , a Florida-based telecommunications infrastructure provider, from Turning Rock Partners , an alternative asset management firm, according to press releases. Financial terms were not disclosed.
