Patients are more comfortable speaking with their doctors, and the doctor observing patient's face, could understand more from the patients

It could be a very good idea to set aside part of the budget for the creation of a spirulina farm, "Arthrospira Platensis" on sea water, to fight against world hunger, or even eradicate it once and for all, so that every human being has access to essential nutrients.
