My new year message to my team

Yes....This New Year is a decisive year for us...

Dear Team,

Till the last day of 2020, we had a customer base in 𝟐𝟔 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟐𝟒 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 across India, which is a significant growth with such limited recourses. we have utilized this pandemic very well and developed a massive 128 number of products during the lockdown, our nearest competitors are not having more than 20 till now despite being for so long in the industry. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲.

The trust and confidence shown by our customers during this journey were phenomenal, we have more than 60% repeat customers with so many of them are having our annual subscriptions, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬.

Our entire team is dedicated to serving our customers in any possible way and ensuring their satisfaction up to any level they want for our products. Now the journey ahead is more demanding and decisive...

The First 3 months of this year will decide the period of hardship we may have to face.. we have to do exceptionally well to get rid of all the hardships we had faced during the last 3 years.

It is confirmed that we are in a situation, where we have to survive in any possible circumstances but barely surviving is not the aim.. we have to make it big and better for all of us by making it profitable and debt-free by the end of this year.

For me, this year is a year where I have to be more strict and concerned about the performance of each and every team member's productivity and efficiency, we will have so many new members in our team this year and we may have to say goodbye to so many who are non-productive or inefficient. Each one of us has to be very careful while doing our work and its accuracy and timeline of deliveries.

I tried very hard to keep this company running during all the odd situations and will do my best in the future too.. I have made so many tie-ups and a lot many are in pipeline.. which are going to give us enough fuel to run smoothly and help us to grow.

Similarly, I want to see everyone's contribution especially sales team members. Some of them are working very hard to keep the cash flow continuous (𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐡 & 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐚) but others yet to show their potential.

The way they are performing, they could be the next 5 diamonds, lets see in this year will they able to make it or not. I have big hope from them as well to be on the list of diamonds.

I want to see others as well to be in the list of Diamonds of TesMus.
