My Top 5 Strengths!

After taking the Gallup Strength Finder assessment test, recommended by Top LinkedIn Video Influencer Curt Mercadante, I discovered my top 5 Strengths.
The biggest thing that I learned was that
3 of 5 of my top skills are in the "Influencing Category"
What does that mean?
I honestly have no clue, but it seems about right given my passion for the work I do now. This was my "Aha" Moment. This was 6 months deep into my LinkedIn video journey after I quit my full-time 9-5 job too. It finally made sense why I do what I do.. and why I'm great at it too.
So I'll just cut the crap and tell you the skills.
1. Futuristic
Part of the Strategic thinking category, a futuristic person is inspired by the future and what could be. They energize others with their vision of the future. For each category I am also going to assign someone I think of when I think of that particular skill.
2. Strategic
My second skill in the strategic thinking category, I am exceptionally talented in creating alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given obstacle, I can quickly devise an alternative plan. Basically I don't take no for an answer.
3. Activator
The final 3 skills are all part of the "Influencing" Category. Activators, like myself, want to get sh*t done! We place way more value on actually doing things, rather than simply talking about them. And we have a unique ability to turning thoughts into actions.
4. Maximizer
As a maximizer, I work best when focusing on someones strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. We don't like taking a weak trait and making it good. We would much rather take something great, and make it THE BEST. Have you ever heard of the saying, You should triple down on what you are good at?
5. Woo
A strong trait in the influencing category, people skilled in woo love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. We take great satisfaction of meeting someone new and making a connection with them. Basically we are influencers.

I found these top 5 traits to be very eye opening and I see why it's a super power to know what your super powers are!
