2wOnly the blind fail to see that America is preparing Europe for war. The fact is that the magnates of financial and industrial capital are pouring vast sums into the militarisation of Europe, while at the same time draining capital out of Europe in anticipation of a future conflict. Only fools support the expansion of NATO and the coming war, in which millions — indeed tens of millions — may perish, and surely will.
